Pacific Region Manager Announcement

posted: APRIL 20, 2009

I am pleased to announce our new "interim" region manager for the Pacific Region. Helen Streck will take over Fred's duties immediately and serve the remainder of his term, which ends June 30, 2010.

Helen is no stranger to the Region Manager position, having previously served as the Pacific Region Manager. She is a member of the Central Coast Chapter and the Silicon Valley Chapter.

Welcome Helen!

Tom Killam
-----------------

It is with deep regret that I have had to resign my position as Pacific Region Manager due to change in job which required a move out of the Pacific Region. I was looking forward to the Leadership Conference in San Diego this year and will miss seeing those of you who are attending. I want to say thanks to the great Region Team who worked with me. We were a great team with everyone pitching in to make the Region the best that one could expect. I know that Helen Streck will continue to provide the level of support that you expect for the Region. Please lend her your support in picking up where I left off and continue with a great conference this year. I am trying to get settled in and start a new challenging assignment at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. I hope that I will be seeing you at future International Conferences. Best of luck to all.

Fred

Dear ARMA International Leaders:
ARMA International is very pleased to make available to you the on-line leadership course, Personal Leadership Skills. As part of ARMA's Leadership Academy, this on-line course was created exclusively for ARMA volunteer leaders. It is part of ARMA's commitment to support your leadership development efforts. Personal Leadership Skills contains eleven modules. Each module takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete. You can work through each module at your own desired pace.
